Why is my cat desacrating my bed?
I got a cat about a month ago a neutered male 2 years old. He is friendly to me and i treat him as well as a cat could ask for . Yesterday i found a mess on my bed. My daughter said it was poop but i thought it could have been a hairball. Just a minute ago, i fond an unmistakable pile of poop in the bed. And the cat sleeps in the bed ! So what is wrong with this cat I put him out. I’m not living this way.

Is the litter box cleaned frequently? Sometimes they go ‘potty’ elsewhere because their box is dirty. If you have a kennel large enough for food/water/bed and box, put him up while you are away and at bedtime to teach him that the kennel is his and that is where he goes. I take in feral cats and ALL of them have leared to use their boxes by this method. Cats can learn crate training just the same as your average household dog. Good luck!
Cats will desacrate in different areas for different reasons. The litter box needs to be cleaned every other day at least. It needs to be big enough to where the cat can move around, not cramped. Put the litter box in a private area where no traffic is around. And believe it or not, but cats are so picky that not just any litter will do. Try switching brands if those things do not work.
That happen to us two but we changed are cat food and that worked if this does not help move your litter box closer to where the cat sleeps or try buying a cat bed and have it close to the litter box for when it has to go.
