Cats just do this, it’s just their way of letting you know that they are ready to come in. They want to be in their comfort zone. I would suggest getting a new screen. You can get them at the hardware store that have a stronger and thicker screen. We had to do that for our cats. It will hold up to a fat cat too:)
try buying a pet door
Your cat is simply PROUD of herself because she’s ‘discovered you’ inside the house, when she’s outside. Try pulling the shade or closing the blinds BEFORE you let the cats outside … she’ll try the ‘screen’ but if you can’t see her she should ‘drop off’ on her own … but if you can ‘hear her meowing’ then open the curtains/shade/blinds and ‘tap hard’ on the window right at her ‘stomach’ and look VERY ANGRY … she’ll get it that you don’t want her there and should get down. You may have to do this EVERY DAY for three weeks, but eventually she’ll get ‘discouraged’ and find some OTHER way to ‘act like a monkey’ to get your attention.
My cat does this too, she just sees people and wants them to play with her. My suggestion is to get a small water bottle and mist her with water whenever she climbs, it worked with mine.
