What would happen if one siamese twin commited murder?

How would you punish the siamese twin. I know this is kind of a rediculous question. But it makes you wonder.

It depends on the type of siamese twin. Some siamese twins can’t even walk properly without the full mental cooperation of both conjoined persons. In any case, it would be extremely difficult for one half to successfully commit a murder without the other one’s full consent, because otherwise he risks facing heavy criticism and ostracism from the other twin for the rest of his life. No murderer wants a judgemental sibling hovering next to his head 24/7.
Actually, I think this is a hilarious question. What would be worse is if the other twin became the material witness.
Probably piss the other one off.
This was asked here before, and IIRC someone, and an attorney gave a really good answer.

You’d knock the other one over the head every now and and then and tell the murderer it hurts him more than it does you, haha.
maybe they would be considered a gang
the other would be guilty by association
especially if he did not do anything to stop the other
if one didnt turn the other in right away it could be aid a felon
