		<description>She looks like a tabby and exotic short hair mix to me. But I can be wrong but that could explain the face, the short hair, and the stripes. She is a very cute cat.</description>

		<description>She looks quite a bit like an American Shorthair but considering she didn&#039;t come from a breeder - she isn&#039;t anything.  You don&#039;t just &quot;happen&quot; about kittens of particular breeds.  They come from the matings of pedigreed cats of the same breed.  And with breeders tending to sell kittens altered, highly unlikely your friend just happened to have two unaltered American Shorthairs.  

She&#039;s a &quot;domestic&quot; - a cat of no particular breed just like over 97% of the cats on this entire planet.

FYI - quality foods don&#039;t have &quot;diet&quot; on the label since there&#039;s nothing in there to make a cat fat.  Switch your cat to a QUALITY food and only feed it twice a day.  The food you&#039;re feeding should be made with REAL MEAT and contain little to no grain.  Just give her a couple small handfuls twice a day.  And give her a small amount of canned food daily as well.</description>
