What are health hazards to having a cat box in a 14 year old's room?

My room has a cat box in it my mom says "there’s nowhere else to put it and I have been searching to see if there is anything like a health issue or something that i can say you don’t move it I will report the health hazards to my school because I’m sick of this cat taking a dump in my room every night making me move ect. ect. can anyone please help me get this thing outta my room for good?!?!?!

Here are some reasons you may want to use to strengthen your debate:
1) Cat feces are a primary host for the Toxoplasma parasite…not something anyone one would want to share a room with.
2) "Sodium bentonite, a naturally swelling clay, is often added to kitty little as effective clumping agent. When bentonite comes in contact with your lungs (by inhalation) it could potentially swell and because sodium bentonite acts as an expandable cement would, it could also block your air ways. Inhaled particles could potentially cause problems in the moist climate of the lungs. (The dust in clay is silica dust, which is not particularly friendly to human health.)
3) There is a link between depressed immune systems, respiratory distress, irritable bowel syndrome and some types of kitty litter. But it’s hard to scan for the ingredients in question because they may be in use as a ‘secondary’ agent.
4) Some odors, such as cat feces and the strong smell of feline urine (which is pure ammonia) has been known to trigger or worsen asthma as well as the fragrances usually added to the kitty little.
and lastly…It is unfair and demeaning to force you to share your place of rest and sleep with a cat’s toilet. Our room should be our sanctuary, our place to rest one’s body and mind!

There really aren’t any health hazards. I mean, if you ate the cat poop you could get a parasite from it that could actually cause you to go blind. But I doubt you’re eating it.
Just ask if you can keep the box outside or something. Tell your mom it’s smelling up your room and that you don’t like the mess the cat makes.
smelling is enough for me, put the cat box in the bathroom, or even in the bathtub when of course not in use. Good Luck
