I house a colony of feral cats. One four month old kitten has been missing for 2 weeks. I have been searching up and down the streets, I have a file at the OSPCA on him. He was just fixed one week before along with his brothers. No one has seen him. Although he is considered a feral cat..he enjoyed his little "pets" .

My husband’s parents have several feral cats running around on their property and have for a long time. A lot of people like to dump cats on their road and they all seem to hang around the house and, naturally, keep having kittens. His parents don’t feed the cats but they always seem to spend most of their time right outside the house.
The population keeps growing and his parents can’t take it on by themselves. What can be done about all of these feral cats? Animal Control, our local shelter, and rescue groups have been of absolutely no help at all. The closest TNR program I have found is at a shelter that’s nearly two hours away. This situation bothers me immensely. Surely there is something that can be done?
Thanks to anyone who can help!

We have feral cats who moved into the old barn. This kitten is old enough to eat moist canned food. Yet young enough not to spit/hiss. It’s so thin, any food ideas would help also.

It doesn’t seem to matter if they are owned cats or feral cats, as soon as my cat gets let outside the other cats are suddenly out on my lawn with him. If he gets up to start chasing something, they immediately follow. When I open the door to whistle at him to feed him, they even try to follow him into the house, even though I haven’t been particularly nice to them.
What is prompting this behavior?

I’m really looking to find a stray cat/kitten or a feral kitten to take home and raise. I live in London, Uk but I just don’t know where to find them! Can anyone tell me where to find stray and feral cats in London?

I took in 2 somewhat feral cats living in my backyard woods. They are fairly good with me but no one else in my family yet. They must have been around some people at one time but never inside since they are afraid of the tv, washing machine, dishwasher etc…It has been a month and they still stay in my sun room. They have been to vet with clean health and received all shots and are fixed. How long will it take them to adjust and how do I get them around my other 2 cats?

Feral cats are a problem in my precinct. Name a dog that I can use that will enjoy hunting feral cats. Because everyone likes baby goats right? Well, last year foxes and feral cats accounted for 90% of our female kid’s. They target the does because they are weaker.

I voluntarily spay/neuter and vaccinate feral cats in my community out of my own pocket. I do this as a concerned citizen. Can I claim a tax credit for the costs I’ve incurred as a community service?

We are currently feeding six feral cats from around the area (we’ve already trapped them and spayed/nuetered them). We feed them dry food morning and evening but the birds come and eat the food and terrorize the cats. Does anyone have an inexpensive solution for keeping the birds away from the cat food?

We have three bird feeders near by that don’t seem to deter the birds and we have hung three wind chimes right above the area where the cats eat thinking anything moving would scare the birds. But nothing has worked.
