I have a bunch of unused cat litter that I need to dispose of. How can I do so safely?

My mom is a senior and getting more frail as she ages. She has two cats and two litter boxes, but she’s having more and more difficulty dumping the cat litter into a plastic bag and then getting it to the curb for garbage pick up. Liners don’t work, besides the bag would still need to be picked up and brought outside. The cat will go on the carpet before using clumping litter. I thought of elevating the box so it could be tilted to empty without having to lift the box, but the cat won’t go for it and the bag would still need to be brought outside.
Any suggestions?

I have a cat and her name is Sally, she gose through cat litter like nobody’s business and i need a good subsittute that won’t harm in any shape or form. She’s a adult cat so i’m literally clueless. I’m also a college student so you can get the picture. I’m trying to say i’m being lazy i would do anything for my kitty i love her that much. If anyone has a helpful suggestion i would surely appericate it

Which cat litter is the most effective odor control and how long do you have to wait before throwing it out? How do you dispose of it?

We have recently changed out cat litter from crystals to traditional cat litter. Would this cause a cat to throw up?
She was a rescue cat whom was very sick when we got her. She was on the brink of death and we nursed her back to life. She has been acting normal in all areas. She throws up in the same spot and in the last 48 hours she has thrown up 4 times. But she is normal. Playing,eating,drinking and using the litter box. The food she is on has been out of the same bag for the last month. She gets one full dishful a day and plenty of water.

What brand is good? It should be from petsmart as that is where I will buy it from. The price should also be quite affordable.

What cat food, cat litter, would you recommend?

Is cat litter supposed to smell like urine after I clean it? I thought that the litter is supposed to take care of the smell. I know there should be some smell that goes with the presence of any urine but I thought maybe I should throw out all the cat litter and wash the box after some time. What is normal to do?

I have 2 cats, and when they think we’re not around, they constantly climb on the counters. I know they do it when we’re gone too because I’m always finding bits of cat litter on the counters. When we catch them on the counters… they just run from us because they know they’ve been bad. But whe we are gone, what can we do? How do we stop this? It really grosses me out.

I know I’ve been asking a lot of questions, but I’m new at this, I have never had rats before.
But why do they keep trying to sleep in the litter box. Wont that hurt them?
I use carefresh in the tin, not cat litter.
Will the bathroom waste hurt them if they sleep in it?
