What type of litter should you use in a litter box for a puppy. I’ve read that cat litter and clumping litter is harmful. Also that cedar chips is harmful as well. Help please!
I took on a friends cat 6 months ago, she is 10-11 years old and is too nervous to go out. A few months ago she started messing on my bed where she sleeps most of the time, I don`t understand it as she has a cat litter she shares with two others which she p`s in and does the other most of the time, but about once a week-ish she does it on the bed. Please, I need some advice.
She doesn’t use the litter anymore but I found her munching away at it the other day. Then she was just lying in her basket for two days looking very out of sorts. Today I found vomit near her basket, mostly consisting of cat litter and a tiny amount of cat food. Why is she eating her litter and how do I stop her from doing this?

I’ve read on a couple different sites that they have trained their Chihuahuas to use the litter box. It’s starting to get cold here and I’m not sure how my Chihuahua will be in the winter/snow months. I’m just wondering can she be trained to use the litter box at 4 months?
