I’d like to purchase dog and cat specialty treats, dog and cat food. Dog clothes, pet bowls, carriers… Also leashes and collars… Is there a magazine to buy that shows you different products?

I have a 1-year-old kitty who is totally into my makeup brushes. She will lick them until I make her stop. In my many years of cat ownership, I have never seen this before. Any idea why? My animals all eat Iams cat food, so I don’t think they’re lacking any vitamins or nutrients. Just curious, thanks for your comments.

What brand is good? It should be from petsmart as that is where I will buy it from. The price should also be quite affordable.
What cat food, cat litter, would you recommend?
I do thank every person who would take their time answering my question.

So I have two cats, one is morbidly obese, and the other one is where he should be weight wise. I tried a weight management cat food and instead of the cat that’s overweight losing weight, the cat that’s where he should be has started to lose weight. I started to give him some wet food as well to keep him from losing weight but the overweight cat still isn’t losing any weight. Is there anything I can do?

At first I was feeding my 3 year old indoor cat Science Diet. I heard it consisted of mostly grains, which is not good for a cat. I immediately cut her off of Science Diet and began my search for a brand of cat food that consisted of mostly meat. I was so shocked at the amount of grains in cat food and really disgusted with these companies. I have heard of the Wellness brand and I am interested. Is that a reliable brand? Should I feed her canned food? Or should I just cook fresh meats for her?

I recently noticed a feral cat that has been wandering in my neighborhood, and more specifically my backyard. It doesn’t seem to want to be approached by people, but I feel like I want to leave something for it to eat on my porch in case it should wander by again. I don’t own any cats so I don’t have cat food. Is there anything I could leave outside for the cat, in case it wants it?

I have two cats and a cat door for their convenience. About a month ago I noticed a strange cat eating at the cat food station. He comes by every night, sometimes more than once. He runs off if I make any sudden moves, even if he’s still hungry. I’d like to tame this kitty but he’s very skittish. Any suggestions?

Is there something wrong with regular cat food that’s bad for indoor cats? Why can’t it all be the same?

Today some kids came by the house asking if we wanted a kitten. I am a sucker for small animals, and have always wanted a cat, but haven’t tried to get one b/c Lizzy (my little girl) once got all sneezy when we were in a house that had cats, so I assumed she was probably allergic. However, to test it, before I accepted the cat I had her smell the cat and (yay!) no sneezing. So now we have a pet kitten (about 9 weeks old or so). I fed her half a can of tuna, some water, and a little milk earlier, because we didn’t have cat food yet. I figured that was all she would need, but now she is jumping on the table trying to eat our soup. How often DO kittens need to be fed? Also, she was scratching herself, so my husband says she may have fleas. We of course went to the pet store to get supplies for her today and all flea removing/ preventing stuff said 12 weeks or older only.
