my cat only has one 2 day old kitten, her other died, can she get a disease?

my cat had about 4 kittens like 2 days ago. she had them in ont of those tunnels under your driveway and last night i trained really bad flooding the tunnel
she only got one out before the tunnel was halfway flooded and she couldnt get back in there
what im asking is will she get like mastitus or something from only one kitten getting milk?

This question confused me..did you intentionally drown the kittens?
I don’t think your cat will get mastitis..but get her fixed after this
i hope not.anyway take her to a vet and give some shots if she doesn’t have
She should be fine but get her spayed when the kitten is weaned.
