Understand that cat’s are territorial to a degree, and fighting w/neighbors cats is they "social" way of establishing herself into the local "pride"! I know you don’t want her hurt, so let me ask, was she a outdoor kitty before the move? Also, the neighborhood conflict does, obviously, have her upset, and her actions at the back door and hissing-striking at you is her way of "rebelling" against the ‘human’. Our cats look at us as the lead "animal" in their pride (like lions, etc.) so you must remain dominant. I’ve found a spray bottle w/a little vinegar water mixture to be useful in enforcing your "will" when you say "NO", she will learn/adjust to you being the boss. She needs a little time to adjust to ALL the changes.
I think perhaps she needs a cat door. Plus you can get her some Catnip to calm her down. But There are like children ,sometimes you just have to say no. Is he/she altered.
The cats must be trained to do things at certain times (like going out at certain hours)
They should not be spoiled. They could get irritaded if they feel that their "freedom" is being taken away.
