Is there a certain cat breed that is least likely to have behavioral problems?
I’m planning on getting a cat, but the last cat I had peed all over the floor when no one was home. Is there a certain breed that won’t do this?

Just get a young kitten and litter train it. If you show it love while it is little, then it will most likely stay a good cat. I prefer ASH( or american short hairs, or siamese theses have been great breeds for me! Good luck! I hope I could help! Have fun with your little one!~ ^._.^
No. Behavior cannot be determined by breed. There is no way to guess whether or not a cat will develop problems with inappropriate elimination. The page linked below goes into great detail about cats and litter boxes. Follow the guidelines provided there and it will not be very likely that you’ll have a problem unless your cat becomes ill with a urinary tract infection.
