Cats are very self centred, so you won’t be able to train her not to use the door. If she wants to, she will!
The best solution would be to install a different type of doggy door. A good one is a magnetic one – your dog/dogs wear a magnetic collar which repels the magnet in the door, meaning it will open for them and not your cat!
I would just like to say though that my older cat used to be an outdoor cat, but recently he’s been coming inside more often. He’s now a full-time indoor and outdoor cat, and honestly, he hasn’t marked his territory or done any more damage than my kitten!
But, if you want your cat to stay outside, then get the new doggy door
You can’t. If the cat wants to go outside and there’s a way to get there, she’s going to go outside!
Any time you catch it trying to use it spray it with a water bottle, they also don’t like citrus fruits so you could put some fruit wedges or juice around it.
ok I do not know if anyone has given this to you,
but here is a link to your question.

train the dog to eat the cat.
There’s not much you can do if the cat is really determined. I recommend a magnetic or electronic dog door. They will only open if the animal is wearing a special collar that activates it. That way the dog will be able to go in and out freely but the cat won’t be able to open it. You can buy them at most any pet supply store, and at home improvement stores like Lowes or Home Depot.
