How do i get my cats to go potty in the litter box?

I have 1 cat and 4 kittens.The kittens will go pee and poo in the litter box sometimes but the mom will never go in the litter box.How do i train my cat and kittens to go pee/poo in the litter box all the time?

they will learn on there on if not put them in the litter box and they will catch on to it
You need to take the kittens one at a time and put them in the litter box. Then you need to take their paws, and "dig" it in the sand, so they know that it’s used for peeing and pooping. They might not get it the first time, so do it several times a day. The kittens will soon realize that they need to dig in the litter and go to the bathroom. Just give them time.
You need to make the cat follow you, and you need to lead it to the litter box. That way the cat will know where it is. If the cat is being stubborn and will not follow you, pick her up and bring her to the litter box. Most cats understand that is where they need to ‘do their business.’
Sometimes you may have to get up in the night, locate your cat, and bring it to the litter box to prevent accidents.
