dont fret too much, if they are super little they will still do that but even as adult cats its just in their nature sometimes to do cute little things that they remember as kittens. I wouldnt say "NO" to him because you dont want him to think its horrible behavior or confuse him, this might comfort him so don’t make him sad by making him feel like hes doing something wrong. just try to avoid it by putting the blankets away when you arent using them. I really suggest making him a little blanket of his own so he can do it as much as he pleases! it helps relax him and every cat has their own habits, dont punish him for that..simply avoid your things being wet and give him his very own! im sure he will really appreciate it and make him happy =)
get a spray bottle and squirt the cat when ever he licks the blankets
also say "NO" when you squirt them- soon you will only have to say NO and the will stop because the will associate the two together
Take the fleece away and get new blankets and pajama pants!!! Or you can just keep your room locked and have your weird cat stay out!!!( no offense to you or your cat)
