How can I stop my cat from urinating in my bed?
We are staying in a tiny studio apt. for a month until we can close on our new house. My 8 year old cat is very stressed, and has been urinating on my bed. No defecation yet, she will use the litter box for that. We’ve used Cat Deodorizing spray, we’ve washed our sheets. What else can we do?

First make sure she doesn’t have a bladder infection. If not, you can purchase something called SSSCAT from Petco or Petsmart. What it does is have a motion detector on it and when it detects motion, sprays air in the direction of it. I use it for my cats to keep them off my dining room table. It really works great! Good luck!
keep them out of your bed its the easiest thing.
If this just started with the move, then you’re probably right that it’s stress related. Can you try moving the box into another place? There may be a reason why she doesn’t want to pee where it is now.
The other possibility when a cat poops in the box but doesn’t pee is a urinary tract infection and stress can sometimes aggravate this if she had a minor one going on. They stop peeing in the box because they can’t make it that far. A vet visit and quick round of antibiotics usually clears this up, so if moving the box doesn’t help, I might try this.
Very simple take him off your bed.
Hide behind something and wait until the cat jumps up into the bed to urinate. Fill a super soaker, and squirt her just as she starts. Make sure she doesn’t see you though; she will think it’s some all-mighty being, and if you do this a few more times, she’ll stop. Just make sure she doesn’t see you, as this is called the "hand of god" trick.
