For you cat owners, have you trained yourself to step around the cat toys?

I have so many in random places all over the house…i’ve gotten pretty good about stepping around them

Yes, and my youngest kitty plays alot with his toys—he is forever getting his lost under a piece of furniture in my kitchen.
I know when he wants me to fish them out–he goes and sits beside the server.
yes!
Nope, I kick them to their toy box area.
We pick them up and put them in one stop on the floor or we kick them oyt of the way.
yes! but mostly dog toys, but sometimes its kitty toys
not as much of the toys as I have made an art of stepping around HIM !!!!

Dog and cat toys
My cat is not really into toys, so we don’t have that problem. Now dog toys on the other hand are everywhere. I’m trying to teach my younger dog to put his toys on his bed and he’s actually starting to get the idea, so I’m happy about that!
Yes, its the actual cat Im having more trouble with! She has this habit of popping up right between my feet, & i almost trip over her…Or, about 4-5 times a day when shes playing, she’ll hide behind a corner & when I’m turning the corner she jumps out & grabs my legs! One of these days shes gonna give me a heart attack.
I do ok unless it’s dark and I’m tired and not paying attention. Then I let out a stream of curses. But it doesn’t really bother me. They’re my babies!!
Yes, but I never really thought about it. LOL.
I got my kitty a little toy basket. I put the toys in when I’m picking up and she takes them out one-by-one and leaves them in weird places…then I pick them up again. She loves it.
