Feral cats? I need some help/tips please?
Ok, So my sister has a cat trap and she sets it out every night, Outs food in it then waits. Usually in the next hour a cat gets trapped and she calls me. So i take the cat, But I have ben taking cats from her for 10 days in 2 weeks. The big problem is there all Feral and very mean. I will not take them to a animal shelter because even the No kill animal shelters say they wont take them. So im stuck with 10 Feral cats. (there all in big great dane cages don’t ask why i have so many cages) They have cat box food and water, But i cant keep this up. My neighbour says if i cant tame them in the next 2 months he will Report me. Kitty treats wont work. Toys wont work. And if i try and cuddle or touch them they Will kill me, There is 3 unspayed females in one room and 7 unnutured males in my other bedroom. There all about 1-3 years old. So can anyone help me out?.
Oh and I mean they are all in there own cages. 1 cat per cage
People, people, people I AM a Rescuer i have a License to prove it. I Have the money to take care of them. and i really dont like many of you say there not "Tame-able" I have in fact tame 3 Feral cats and now there very sweet cats. I will NOT have them taken to the pound and they will not be killed.
All of these cats have ben sedated and check out by a vet. olny 3 were sick and are on meds. They will all be spayed and nutured in 3 days. Then i will work with them all i need are tips on how to help them.
Thank you Dawnfire I will Email them.

You have to realize that you are over your head. the SPCA should help you find a place to keep them. You can not train a bunch of feral cats at the same time. One perhaps. This is boarding on animal hoarding and keeping them in that environment is unhealthy and could be considered mistreatment of an animal. You have to have the money to care for all of them.
Some people consider themselves rescuers, but it is not a rescue when you have a ton of animals that you can’t take care of. Most hoarders have a notion that they are helping, but when the animals have to be caged for long periods of time, go with out treatment and constantly fight, then that is not a safe place for them. You are hurting them and not helping them.
Make a few phone calls and have them help take the load off of your shoulders.
Edit :
I know your intentions are pure and I do not mean to offend you, but you obviously need help. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t have posted this question. We are trying to help you and them. I know you are terrified of them going to a kill shelter and I have no doubt that you are trying your hardest to handle this situation. But this situation will only get worse.
You can’t help every creature that you or your sister comes into contact with. You youself said "And if i try and cuddle or touch them they Will kill me," How is that safe for you or your family? You know they are violent, you know you can’t do it on your own. Except the help we are trying to give you.
My grandmother was an animal hoarder and she had the same comebacks as you have. The same answers about the vet and their health, but it wasn’t true. The one thing you should know is that this response is very typical with a hoarder.
Having a license means nothing if your World is turning upside down. I know you love each and every one of them with a great love, but you can only handle so much. The vet alone will make you bankrupt, the people around you will feel replaced. This is not a good thing. Everything will smell like cat urine because of the ammonia in the urine, clothes, beds..your whole house and everyone in your house.
It is stressful and unproductive. You must find homes for them or you will fall the way of the others. Which is what is happening with your neighbors, The people around you want to report you, that should tell you something. Please thin out the ones you have. If you love them place them and if you want to continue this then please work for a rescue, don’t do it on your own. You must have the facilities.
I am not trying to make you send them to a kill shelter.I am just asking you to look at what is in their best interest and yours. Alley cat allies will tell you the same things as we have. I did look at their site and they also say that only feral kittens can be adopted, not older cats, your choices are running out.
Please don’t mind, but I took a look at you prior questions and it is very clear that you are way over your head:

Please get help, look at what you are doing. You said in one of your posts that you live in Hemet, same place I came from and there is nothing availble for you there except therapy.
You said the Cats are 1-3 years, but you post about kittens, cats, rats, dogs, even tigers and though I didn’t post about your kid’s diabetes or your diabetes, this is unhealthy for both of you. Do you really want to go into a diabetic coma and have your kid find you while the animals are eating at you? Get rid of them for your health and think about your little girl who has to smell like animals and is probably getting teased about it at school. And I did see that one question about leaving an 11 year old at home alone..Do you really want your child in danger? This puts a whole new perspective on your situation. You don’t know what you are doing and you are putting you and your child at risk…Shame on you. You need an intervention or you will one day be faced with loosing your cats or CPS taking your child out of that house…ask yourself, Who do you love more? And ask your kid if she believes you.
1) Feral cats carry all kinds of diseases transmittable to humans. 2) Difficult to impossible to tame cats like this, but especially in 2 months or less. 3) If you can’t afford to provide for all their needs (medical care, food, spaying & neutering, etc.) you could be charged with neglect or worse.
To answer your question – nobody can help you. This is not a situation that can be improved on. Except to give them up and let the proper authorities take care of them.
It sounds like you realistically can’t care for these animals, and the shelter won’t take them. If you really want to do something, I would recommend having them spayed/neutered and just re-releasing them into the wild. It will at least help to control the local feral cat population.
I don’t think you’ll ever actually be able to "tame" them if they’re this aggressive. Most pets get tame by being handle by humans since birth; if they’ve been feral for a few years since birth, I don’t think you can undo that.
Ugh that is extremely difficult situation. You can contact alley cat allies. They are a group that deals exclusivey with feral cats and what you can do with them. I get monthly newsletters from them and they have alot of good info on what to do in your situation. Send them a email and they can tell you what the best course of action would be.

Ferals are wild. They will never be good pets, for you or anyone else.
Many cities and communities have trap/neuter/release programs. See if yours does. If not, the best thing is (I know you don’t want to hear this) to turn them over to the SPCA, where they will likely be humanely euthanized.
You may be considering yourself a rescuer but you’re doing it wrong. You should be doing TNR, your local shelter likely has the program already set up–you need to register as a caretaker and make use of the program. Contact them and ask about other feline rescues in your city and phone them, TALK to these others, and you’ll see it’s not a matter of trying to tame and find homes.
Trying to tame truly wild cats takes years. Taking someone else’s panicked pet out of their territory is not a good deed. A feral cat is not an adoptable cat, which is why TNR is what most cities work with. The cats stay in their home environment and don’t breed. You can’t release them into a new environment and expect them to survive when they don’t know the territory.
