Does your cat bring you his toys when he wants to play?

I have one of those "toy on a stick" cat toys–basically a feather on a string attached to the end of a stick. My 3 year old male just dragged it in here by the feather, dropped it at my feet and looked at me like "well?"
I’ve never seen a cat do this. We joke that he’s more like a dog, but this was a really "dog-like" behavior that I’ve never seen before.
Anyone else have cats that do this?

My cat does a similar thing. When she gets the string off me she walks off with it in her mouth to another room or in a corner & waits for me to retrieve it! Shes got me under her paw!!
Some of mine do- I think it just depends on the cat’s personality. One of my cats will pick up her little "puff ball" toy in her mouth (a red glittery soft thing) and carry it over to me, but instead of dropping it at my feet she just holds it and looks at me. Like, "I’m bored! Do something!"

That’s amazing. Mine doesn’t bring toys to me, although he may also be very aware that I always go to him to do play with him. That does seem a bit unusual – you probably have a very special cat.

No not really but he does bring them to our other cat
yes but normally mine jump up at me while having a ball or something lol its funny!!
my cat doesn’t. she thinks shes a dog also.
No- when my cats want to play, they play on their own and could care a less if I want to participate.
The only time they have any interest in me handling their toys is when I have to lie on the floor wiht a bent wire coat hanger and flashlight and get them out from under the stove and fridge.
Ya, we a four cats and cat sitting for my brother. Two of our cats go and play with the toy and a string and there balls. Sometime the just find anything to bring us lol. I sometimes think it is cute, but then they just don’t stop.
