my cat once was missing for 4 months and it did not come home then one night my mom was pulling in the drive way and she was going to go into the house then she herd a cat mowing and she ran in the house and told everyone and we went outside and the mowing was coming from under a trailer house nobody was home but we riped the side skirts off the house and under it was a chicken cage and my cat was in it. it was so skinny all there was in the cage was some bones (I think My cat ate the chickens in the cage). but my dad and my sister got the cage open and got my cat out. also that cat is still alive and she is right by me right now. she is now 16 years old and the day she got lost she was about 6 years old. also about cats you dont want to cut ther claws off of it becase if it gets in a fight to protect itself it will only be able to bite.
My cat’s favorite thing to do is to wait for the dogs to be put in their kennel then she’ll sit to the side, or on top of the kennel and bat at them. Like she knows it’s the only safe time to do it or to torment them because she is loose in the house when we are gone. But in general, the cat really thinks she’s a dog. I believe she would bark if she could!
ME ME…
I have four…Cats Rule, DOGS DROOL….
have one who steals things, one who rubs things, one who licks things, and one who loves to be held like a baby…….
We have Rickey the black tom cat, he is also our guard cat. He waits in the driveway for us to come home, he talks to us when we get out of our cars (Meow!) and criss crosses in front of our feet until we stop to pay attention to him!
We LOVE Rickey!
My cat’s from the street. The first time I saw him, was in an outdoor eatery. I sat on a chair and made clicking noises to call him, and he came right over, jumped on my lap and started purring.
Needless to say, I took him home, and discovered that he doesn’t know how to use his claws to claw at things. Very sweet and adorable. But he bites things that he wants to check out… like a dog.
my kitty seems to think that liquid medicines are treats. or she’ll wait until i go to make the bed and dash under the sheets like i am shaking them just for her.
my cat used to watch nija movies with my grandpa and we had 2 dogs. so when the dogs would pass by, the cat would drop kick them in the head and then do a spinning kick.. he is so cute!!!
I’ve been living with cats all my life, which is around 7-12 cats at a time.
One likes to lick off the medicated balm i rub on my chest whenever i hug her to sleep, another shares peanuts with my dad, one knows how to say "mama mamam" which means "mom, eat", another says more when he wants more treats and much more )) the weirdest thing 1 of my cats do is watch soaps with me! i actually have a video of him watching tv! at first i thought he was sleeping in front of the tv, but it turns out that he was wacthing the soap!! afterwhich he never fails to come home everyday at the same time to meow in front of the tv to ask me to on it for him.
I have this big 12 year old tom cat (neutered, of course). He liks to pretend like he is this great big macho man. He’s a big love bug with me, but he walks tall among the cats.
I foster litters of abandoned kittens, and sometimes feral kittens (to tame them), until they are old enough to be adopted. He always greats the arrival of a new litter with an ugly face and a big hiss. He then promptly puts as much room between him and the kittens as possible. I always tell him that this is just for a little while and he will always be my "main man", and he acts all mad at me and will ignore me for a day or two.
It usually isn’t long until the kittens are old enough to come out of isolation and get to know the other cats and humans that visit here. They have to experience normal living and a lot of handling, in order to be comfortable as a people cat instead of a wild outdoor cat. Parker will ignore them as much as possible and give them a warning hiss when they come near.
Eventually, I will turn my head for something, and there will be Parker grooming a kitten. He gets all embarrassed when he sees me notice and stops. Still, he has never failed to break down and show his kind heart to these little orphans.
I think when they leave, he secretly hopes another litter comes soon.
I recently moved out of home, since then my cat that I now hardly ever see has got really clingy and depressed, he will grab outfor you if you want past, and follow you around he misses me so much, and he always know wen I am coming home for sum reason coz he will wait in the drive way for me… strange huh
one of my cats is a baby and i play with him with a laser light… and i put it on the wall and he runs and jumps at it and he trys to clinb the wall but he falls.
Our boy cat is fat. He tried to jump through the neighbor’s hedge and he got stuck in the middle. It was hysterical.
He caught a chipmunk once. It bit him in the foot so he let it go.
my kitty loves to play throw and fetch. She acts likes a dog..
whenever we go to the park, i carry her like a baby (man, she hates pet carriers)… she will embrace when people will come near us to take a look at her – she’ll embrace me so tight with both of her forearms and hindlegs that she’ll look almost like a koala bear… people thinks of it as sweet
Something everyone should know is that cats’ personalities differ as much as peoples… the have feeling and hold grudges. Some are smart some are not, some are nice, some are mean, some are curious, and some could care less…
I’m a student and I have to write a lot of papers. My cat, Corey, is quite attached to me. He always sits within a foot of me, whether watching TV or sleeping. Well, when I sit at the computer doing my schoolwork, he lays next to me and sometimes puts his sleeping head atop my left hand. It make it a little difficult to type quickly when he does this, but I just don’t have the heart to move him. So I compromise – I type all the letters with my right hand and let the left one be his headrest.
Another cat, Maggie, freaks out when a car turns into my driveway. One day, when expecting the exterminator to examine my house for termites. Mags was on the back deck with the screen door closed. All I know is that second before I noticed the termite man had parked, she let up this awful racket prying at the door with her claws, trying to jerk open the door. I let her in and she took off to hide in the basement. Well, if you know how termite inspections go, you’ll understand the man had to go into the basement. I told him there might be some eyes looking at him in the dark — he understood. Well, I did not get a good inspection that year because he NEVER saw her. I went down after he left, and there she sat atop the heating pipes at the ceiling level, glaring at me. I got her down and comforted her, but she had already heard his car start up so she didn’t need the ressurance. Funny cat –
