i just got an 8 week old kitten, and me and my familyy dont know when its okay to give her catnip. if your wondering we only want to give her a toy with catnip in it, not just plain old catnip to eat or anything. (: thhaaannnkss!

My 6-month-old kitten always prefers to sleep on my chair at night, instead of on my bed with me. I really want him to sleep on my bed, but nothing seems to work; he always goes back to my chair! He seems to like the smell of catnip. Would it harm me if I sprayed this on my bed? The bottle says it’s non-toxic. It’s the Krazy Kitty brand, if that makes a difference..

Whenever my cat smells it, he gets really hyper and likes to smell everything thinking it’s catnip.
When he eats it, he lazes around and falls asleep in my bed.
