I am trying to write the sound of a cat’s hissing, but I do not know how to spell it. How can you write the sound of a cat’s hiss?
My cat recently started hissing and growling at our dog (who she use to be best friends with), and our other cat. We do not what is causing this but she seems to be in fear of them or something. Why would she all of the sudden start hissing and growling, with the ears flat to her head, at our other pets??

I have heard that dry cat food is bad for your cats health. My cat loves dry cat food and only eats a small amount of the wet cat food. I used to give her dry food in the mornings but now I have started to give her wet cat food as that would be the time when she is the most hungry. This morning she woke me up meowing becuase she was hungry and I fed her one of those small tins of cat food and she only ate half. An hour later she still didn’t finish it. I gave her a small pile of dry cat food and she ran straight over and ate it. I don’t think it is enough food for her to be eating only one small tin of cat food a day (half in the morning, half at night). She is already small and although her weight is okay, she really doesn’t need to be any thinner.
Or does she just think I’m irresistibly tasty?
Because sometimes she looks at me like she’s planning to eat me when I go to sleep…

I was just cleaning out her litter box. I was still cleaning it when she stepped in and started using it. I noticed that when she stepped out, her waste got stuck on her tail and it got flung everywhere. There was a lot still on it, so I tried wiping it off, but she licked until it was clean. It was nasty, I have to admit.
Anyway, will it go into her digestive system? Or will she throw up?
I have a 2 year bengal cat that keeps licking and chewing off her fur on and near her legs. She has a couple of bald spots there, but it doesn’t look like her skin is irritated. Anyone know what I can do to stop her from doing this?
Is there anything I can actually put on that area so she stops doing it?
My cat keeps licking herself on her back (mostly the left and right side) to the point where she has no fur left and she has blisters. She’s 10 years old but she’s only had this problem for 2 years. Her vet gives her shots every 3 months which helped for awhile but now it’s not helping much. What is wrong with this picture? Should I be more concerned?
