My cat used to use the litter box and now all of a sudden he won’t. He goes to the bathroom everywhere in the house and now my parents want to get rid of him. What should I do?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and when i was about 33 or 34 weeks my male cat who is about 4 years old and is fixed started to sit by the front door to my apartment and meow for hours on end what is wrong with the cat? If anyone can help please do this cat is driving me crazy.

y cat has scratched her ear so much that she bleeds on occasion, I try to stop her every time she starts but she will go into hiding and scratch herself there.

I dont really want to turn my cat into a satellite dish with a head cone, any other options though?

was not bleeding that bad packed my cats claw with corn starch and it stopped bleeding but how long will it take for his claw to actually heal?
don’t lecture about clipping his claws because it’s better then having him declawed.
thanks everyone who answered my question. he hates getting his claws clipped it’s always a struggle as it is but i could see how he wouldn’t want me clipping anymore. i may just bring him to a vet and have them do it for now on.

My dogs like to roll around on their backs and they leave "scratch" marks in the carpeting. Vacuuming doesn’t work. I keep their claws clipped (say that 5 times very fast). Will cleaning the carpet help?
I’ve tried vacuuming back and forth over the spots, letting the vacuum sit on the marks, vacuuming in a wiggle pattern. I’ve also tried rubbing them out with my fingers and also with a wet sponge.

Help!
